THE LITTLE BIG THINGS 1.0

Health according to WHO is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

We all want to live healthy lives, however we’re almost always guilty of ambiguity—an inability to identify the little things (habits) that lead to the big thing (a healthy life).
Beyond desire, we must carefully identify the little big things that make for a healthy life. I know some and I’d be glad to share.

So,

Let’s talk about #towels.

Aha!

You see? I won’t talk plenty, because you are already convicted. 😁
But sha know that using a dirty towel after bathing is equivalent to not bathing at all. Scratch that. It’s worse than not even bathing.

Do you know how many million bacteria reside in your towel after use? Each reuse leaves you at a greater risk for skin infections, yet you don’t sundry, neither do you wash it regularly.😏🙄

My brother, harden not your heart. And you, sister, don’t pass over this post out of guilt. 😁

Do the needful—Set an alarm right now to remind you to wash your towel this week.

Comment “done” after you set the alarm.

Cheers to a healthy life! 🥂
