Tonight is for peace.
Have you seen the unrest going around already? It’s just seven days oh, and guess what? There’s more to come.
But, then there’s peace! Peace the Prince of Peace gives.
This afternoon, a very old song kept ringing in my head. The lyrics are:
Peace, when trouble blows.
Jehovah sees. Jehovah knows.
He is my peace.
When sorrow nears, Jehovah sees. Jehovah knows. He gives me peace.
And these are the lyrics I’ll leave with you tonight.
May these words, Emem ye ifure, become a truth you live daily.
