I am known.

What would you do if you did not have to do things to be known?

Pause for a moment, dear ALian and reflect on the question above.

Why do we do the things we do? Why are we pursuing education, pursuing growth, doing things? As much as we want to think it’s because we love those things, have you ever considered that maybe, just maybe, it’s because we want to be known.

Because, it is inert in us—this desire to be seen and known.

And today, God reminds you, and really, all through this week, that you are known!

This week, affirm: I am at peace. I am loved. I am known. I am accepted by God. That is enough.

There’s a peace that comes with knowing that we are known, and nothing you do can make you un-known. This week? Rest in that peace.

Emem ye ifure. 💜
