How are you? How’ve you been? Did you know today’s a Monday because I woke feeling it was a Wednesday. Lol
Forgive my absence for the past days. A lot has happened. I thought to share this week’s affirmation, something from Sunday service.
This week I am:
In nothing terrified,
In nothing shaken,
Permanently at rest.

I think I’d rather do nothing.
I’d wait, and fill my home,
With the tears and pain of tomorrow.
Though trust went on a journey,
I’ll try hard to let him know,
How the night’s being so mean.
I’ve got lots to say, so much,
My heart’s pounding,
Seems like my chest ain’t enough
To hold it in.
My heart’s also racing,
Faster than Hamilton’s mobile.
I’m sorry for boring you
With the night’s wantonness.
How he’s drunken, he’s beating me up.
I’m scared to say a word,
His friends would say I’m weak.
But I’ve got my ink, and notepad,
My mended chest, and my faraway friend.
I’ll write to you everyday,
Till you come and fill me with hope and stay.

Yayyy🤗🤗🤗. Today’s another day to express gratitude. Don’t ever forget: “Gratitude is a lifestyle”. Many times, we wait for the big things to happen to us, before we say thank You. It ought not to be so😔.
Our pursuit of these “big things”, always, and I repeat always blind our eyes to the smaller things around us.
We, as humans, are insatiable, and chasing after the great is always very common. But it is these small things of life, that build up the bigger things 😉.
A simple show of gratitude is what’s needed today. Extend and share this Love of God to everyone around. We just can’t tell where our big things would spring up from.
All great trees started with a seed. Spread that seed today.
I’m obsessed with gratitude ☺️. I hope you’ll be too.
