Today, I remind myself…
God is the one who sends you on a task, gives you the resources to carry out the task, and still claps for you at the end of the task with a proud Daddy look that screams “I’m so proud you pulled that off”. Only God!
Think about this the next time pride tempts you to not seek God’s help. Think about the truth that he never belittles you for asking for help. No snitching here.
And even if he ever did, wouldn’t you rather say that it was God who helped you as opposed to some scraggly idol that can barely hold face in combat? I think you would. Lol. I think you would.
